What could be more pleasant than being on holiday on a dream island whilst having the opportunity to improve your golfing skills?

One of the the most spectacular golf courses of Mauritius is probably the One & Only golf course at Ile aux Cerfs. This golf course is on its very own tropical island, fringed by white sands with a backdrop of green mountains and all 18 holes have views of the ocean. Bernard Langer has designed the course to challenge advanced players, while remaining exciting and playable for recreational golfers.

Mauritius also has two championship golf courses at the Belle Mare Plage Hotel: Legends and Links.

Many of our hotels have excellent golf courses with instructors to attend customers' needs including private tuition. Most of these hotels have a club house with a locker room for customers' equipment and a shop. Golf balls, clubs and caddies can be hired.

The following hotels have 18 hole golf courses: Le Touessrok Hotel (Ile aux Cerfs), Le Morne Paradis Hotel, Dina Robin, Belle Mare PLage Hotel and Le Prince Maurice. Hotels with nine hole golf courses include Le St Geran Hotel, Trou aux Biches Hotel, Shandrani Hotel, Maritim Hotel and Le Coco Beach.

Le Telfair Golf & Spa Resort together with the Heritage Golf & Spa resort have confirmed the opening dates for both of their nine hole golf courses to be 1st December 2004 and 31st March 2005.
